These are weekly, intentional home-based gatherings of believers who strive to be on mission together in the context of Biblical community.
These groups follow a unique format aimed at developing various disciplines of the Christian life in the context of community. In general they operate on a rotating format with a different emphasis each week of the month. They rotate through the following 4 categories:
In some measure, each of those aspects are present at every meeting, but the emphasis will shift from week to week. The groups strive to be spread out geographically and allow for as much overlap of life as possible. Additionally, these are not age-specific groups, they work to represent all age demo-graphics in the body of Christ. We find this cultivates greater unity across a wider-spectrum of the church and allows for more opportunities to serve and learn from those in different seasons of life.
Small Groups are likely the best way to form deep family-relationships and connectedness at KBC and one of the primary arenas to practice the one-another's of Scripture.
